Jules Haines is on a mission to reduce the 400,000 tonnes of homeware textile waste that ends up in UK landfill each year (Source - 2019 WRAP Report). She set up Haines in 2020 as a means of helping brands and businesses adopt a more sustainable approach to how they treat their waste and surplus stock, creating an online marketplace where style savvy, eco-conscious shoppers can buy designer fabrics and home furnishings at a fraction of the retail price.

To date over 22,000 metres of fabric have been repurposed and rehomed via the Haines platform. In March 2022, Jules launched Haines Curates, a curated selection of sustainably-made fabrics and homewares by independent designers committed to using environmentally-friendly production methods.

Jules has featured in leading design publications, podcasts, and panel talks, and in 2022, she was recognised as a 'Rising Star' in the interiors industry by House & Garden.
